- Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. SANTE AGOGO is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery notification. We will work with the carrier to find a solution.
International Shipping
